Premium Professional Learning Group

Our Premium PLG programme is designed to use the best of what works in PLG’s while adding a strong focus on your wellbeing. Each Premium PLG takes school leaders through a robust inquiry, using the knowledge in the room to support your growth. Core relationships are nurtured and grown in a safe and invigorating space.

We split our sessions into three main elements. Professional Inquiry time to allow leaders to work together to solve puzzles of practice. We incorporate relevant and informative speakers to provide topical content. The last part of our sessions are devoted to wellbeing, with focus put on networking and shared fun!
